Yes Remnant II supports crossplay between PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Since the February 29, 2024 update, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S players can play co-op together in the campaign and DLC.
On PC, frame generation can block the Epic Online Services overlay that crossplay invites use; accept invites through the Epic launcher before starting the game if that happens.
On PC, crossplay covers Epic and Steam.
