Crossplay Guide is a free, ad-supported website. We don't ask you to sign up, and we only have your email address if you contact us or subscribe to the weekly email.
Advertising and cookies
We may show ads from third-party advertising partners. They may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure how ads perform. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Clicky to count visits and see which pages are useful. They set cookies and receive your IP address, browser details and the pages you view; we only look at aggregated reports. See Google's and Clicky's privacy policies.
Third-party content
Game cover images and screenshots load from IGDB, trailer preview images load from YouTube, and fonts load from Google Fonts. Those services receive your IP address when your browser fetches the files. Trailers only load the YouTube player (which may set YouTube cookies) after you press play.
Player reports and tips
If you tell us whether crossplay worked for you, or send a tip, we store what you sent, the time, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address (so one person can't vote many times). We never store the IP address itself. Tips are read by a person before they're published, and we publish only the name you typed (if any) and the tip. Spam protection may use Cloudflare Turnstile.
