Yes Raft supports crossplay between PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Raft came to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on December 4, 2024. Crossplay with PC was in testing on a Steam beta branch until the Raft 1.1 update on March 10, 2026, which made it standard: PC, PlayStation and Xbox players can now join each other's rafts.
If crossplay causes problems, Steam players can switch to the older '1.09_precrossplayupdate' branch, but they then can't join console players.
On PC, the crossplay version is the Steam one.
