No Overcooked! 2 doesn't have crossplay: each platform family has its own players.

Overcooked! 2 only has crossplay between PC stores: Steam, Epic and GOG players join each other through Team17's in-game friend system, but everyone has to opt into the crossplay_branch beta (Steam: right-click the game → Properties → Betas). PlayStation, Xbox and Switch only play within their own family; a PS5 or Xbox Series runs the last-gen version and plays with PS4 or Xbox One.

Saves and unlocks don't transfer between platforms. For crossplay between consoles and PC, everyone needs Overcooked! All You Can Eat instead; it can't be mixed with Overcooked! 2, and progress doesn't carry over from it.

On PC, crossplay covers Epic, GOG and Steam.

The Mac and Linux versions don't have crossplay with other platforms.

Cross-progression: No Progress stays on the platform you played on.
