Mostly ARK: Survival Ascended supports crossplay between PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

PS5 and Xbox Series X|S players share every server type.

PC players can join console players on official PvE servers and on unofficial servers that allow crossplay, but Studio Wildcard has kept PC off console official PvP servers since early 2024 because of cheating.

Crossplay needs a dedicated server: a non-dedicated session hosted from one player's game only takes players on the same platform. Server admins pick which platforms can join, and console players can only use mods marked as crossplay-compatible.

On PC, the crossplay version is the Steam one.

Some platforms are marked as partial support: crossplay works with limits (for example only some modes, or an opt-in setting).
