Yes Subnautica 2 supports crossplay between PC and Xbox Series X|S.
Subnautica 2 has been in Early Access since May 14, 2026 on PC and Xbox Series X|S, and every version plays together in co-op for up to four players: Steam, Epic, the Xbox app and Game Pass on PC, plus Xbox Series X|S.
There's no PS5 or Switch version yet. The game is updated often during Early Access, so everyone in a session needs to be on the same build.
On PC, crossplay covers Epic, Steam and Xbox app.
