Is Sid Meier's Civilization VII cross-platform?
Sid Meier's Civilization VII crossplay
Mostly Sid Meier's Civilization VII supports crossplay between PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Mac and Linux.
PC (Steam and Epic, including Mac and Linux), PlayStation, Xbox and Switch players can all play multiplayer together once each player links a 2K account.
Player counts: up to 5 players in the Antiquity and Exploration Ages and 8 in the Modern Age. The original Switch is limited to Tiny or Small maps and 4 (then 6) players, and any game with an original-Switch player has to use those limits; the Switch 2 Edition supports every map size and up to 8 players.
The Apple Arcade edition (iPhone, iPad and Mac through Apple Arcade) is separate: it only plays with other Apple Arcade players.
On PC, crossplay covers Epic and Steam.
Some platforms are marked as partial support: crossplay works with limits (for example only some modes, or an opt-in setting).
