Yes Sea of Thieves supports crossplay between PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. You can also stream it via Xbox Cloud Gaming.
PC (Steam and the Xbox app), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PS5 all play together, and PS5 has been part of crossplay since it launched there in April 2024. There's no PS4 or Switch version.
