Partly Dreii has crossplay, but players are split into 2 separate groups that can't meet: PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PS Vita; PC, Mac and Wii U.

On PC, the crossplay version is the Steam one.

Dreii has also been released on Linux, iPhone & iPad and Android, but our sources don't list crossplay for those versions. Check before you buy for that platform.
