Is Dragon Ball FighterZ cross-platform?
Dragon Ball FighterZ crossplay
No Dragon Ball FighterZ doesn't have crossplay: each platform family has its own players.
Dragon Ball FighterZ never got crossplay: online matches only pair players on the same platform. Even PS4 and PS5 (or Xbox One and Series X|S) are split, because the free current-gen upgrade from February 29, 2024 moved those players into their own pool.
The 2024 update added rollback netcode on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC; PS4, Xbox One and Switch stay on delay-based netcode. On PC you can pick either, but rollback and delay-based players aren't matched together, and Party Battle and Circle Party Match are delay-based only.
PC players sometimes use Parsec to play "local" matches with a friend online; it's a workaround, not crossplay.
Cross-progression: No Progress stays on the platform you played on.
